Liz, Becky, Alison and Charlotte made their own sweet shortcrust pastry,
creme patisserie to create these delicious strawberry flans.
They also made their own delicious bread and sticky current buns.
“Just a quick note to thank you for our great workshop on Saturday, we all really enjoyed making the bread, buns and flan and enjoyed eating them even more! My husband was well impressed and said that the current buns were even better than those from Hampsons! (Probably because there aren’t full of additives etc…) . It was a lovely relaxed atmosphere and you provided everything we needed, the booklet of recipes you gave us to take home were a nice bonus. I’m going to have a go at the bread and buns again at weekend.” Liz.
Stretch your skills making your own Flaky pastry to create a delicious chicken, bacon and mushroom pie.
