3 HOUR COOKERY CLASS
In this class we will be making a selection of gluten free products using a variety of different flours that are all gluten free.
Unfortunately I cannot guarantee that the kitchen is free from gluten so this class may suit those best that are intolerant to gluten rather than allergic or coeliac.
Time: 3 hours
We will be making:
A sweet shortcrust pastry tart (choose from – Blueberry Clafoutis, Tarte au Citron, Chocolate Chiffon pie)
Gluten free bread
Vanilla cake filled with marscapone and passion fruit
The cost of this course
If you are attending on your own (1 person) £135.00
If you are coming with a friend (2 people) £82.50 each (Total to pay £165.00)
If you a coming as a group of 3 (3 people) £70.00 each (Total to pay £210.00)
If you are coming as a group of 4 (4 people) £60.00 each (Total to pay £240.00)
