In a 1 hour class costing £75.00 (£37.50 per person) each person would make 1 dish.

In a 2 hour class costing £120.00 (£60.00 per person) each person would make 2 dishes.

In a 3 hour class costing £165.00 ( £82.50 per person) each person would make 3 dishes.

Quiche (shortcrust pastry)

Cornish pasties (short crust pastry, preparation of vegetables)

Chicken, mushroom and ham Pie (flaky pastry)

Beef and Ale Stew + Lyonnaise Potatoes

Chicken Tikka Masalla

Chicken & Chorizo Paella

Grilled Mushroom Risotto

Lasagne (bolognese sauce and Bechamel sauce)

Moussaka – a tasty lamb stew layered with grilled aubergines and topped with a béchamel sauce.

Canneloni (stuffed pasta with a white bechamel sauce)

Fish Pie (fish in a bechamel sauce topped with mashed potato)

Sticky Toffee Pudding,     Chocolate Fudge Cake,

Apple Pie,   Chocolate and Blueberry Muffins,

Baked New York Cheesecake,  Chocolate Brownie,

Carrot Cake,    Bakewell Tart,

Raspberry & Mascarpone Tarts, Chocolate Roulade,

Shortbread Biscuits dipped in chocolate,

Book your course by

Emailing Jill with the course you or your group would like to attend, date, time etc. Your name and address.
OR ring Jill and make your booking over the phone.

Step 3

Make payment.
Once you have completed a booking form we will hold your place for seven days to allow payment to be made. Once we have received payment in full we will confirm your booking by post.
