COOKERY CLASSES FOR TWO!
We offer bespoke personalised classes for two. . These classes make the perfect gift for someone special and why not come along yourself to share the experience. You choose how long you would like the classes to last and what you would like to make.
Below are prices and some ideas of what you could make, but please feel free to suggest your own ideas if you don’t find what you want below.
Prices
In a 1 hour class costing £90.00 (£45.00 per person) each person would make 1 dish.
In a 2 hour class costing £140.00 (£70.00 per person) each person would make 2 dishes.
In a 3 hour class costing £200.00 ( £100.00 per person) each person would make 3 dishes.
Below are some suggested dishes that you might like to choose from to make. You may of course have some suggestions of your own.
Pizza (making bread, tomato sauce from scratch)
Tear n’ share garlic bread
Quiche (shortcrust pastry)
Cornish pasties (short crust pastry, preparation of vegetables)
Chicken, mushroom and ham Pie (flaky pastry)
Beef and Ale Stew + Lyonnaise Potatoes
Chicken Tikka Masalla
Chicken & Chorizo Paella
Grilled Mushroom Risotto
Lasagne (bolognese sauce and Bechamel sauce)
Moussaka – a tasty lamb stew layered with grilled aubergines and topped with a béchamel sauce.
Canneloni (stuffed pasta with a white bechamel sauce)
Fish Pie (fish in a bechamel sauce topped with mashed potato)
Sticky Toffee Pudding, Chocolate Fudge Cake,
Apple Pie, Chocolate and Blueberry Muffins,
Baked New York Cheesecake, Chocolate Brownie,
Carrot Cake, Bakewell Tart,
Raspberry & Mascarpone Tarts, Chocolate Roulade,
Shortbread Biscuits dipped in chocolate,
Chocolate Chip Cookies.

Book your course by
Emailing Jill with the course you or your group would like to attend, date, time etc. Your name and address.
OR ring Jill and make your booking over the phone.
Make payment.
Once you have completed a booking form we will hold your place for seven days to allow payment to be made. Once we have received payment in full we will confirm your booking by post.
