Lets Eat Cake
In this course you will learn how to make a creamed cake mixture, creating mouthwatering Lemon Meringue Cup cakes. A delicious lemon sponge with lemon curd in the centre and topped with piped meringue, toasted with a blow torch. You will also make a slightly healthier carrot cake topped with cream cheese frosting and walnuts.
