This cookery class is suitable for a lacto-vegetarian but can be enjoyed by anyone.

What will we be making

SPINACH & GARLIC MUSHROOM TARTLETS – mini pastry tartlets filled with mushrooms, spinach and topped with tasty parmesan cheese

ROASTED VEGETABLES AND GOATS CHEESE BAKE – aubergine, yellow pepper, tomatoes and goats cheese with pesto and a breadcrumb topping

LEMON SOUFFLE PUDDING – magic lemon sponge with a runny sauce at the bottom.

The price includes all ingredients, containers for taking food home in, light refreshment included (Please inform us of any food allergies or sensitivities)
