Booking and Payment
To book a course please either complete the Online Booking form, OR print off the booking form and post to Jill Wilson at 2 Monarch Crescent, Lytham St Annes, Lancashire, FY8 3TX. OR ring Jill on 01253 728198.
Once you have completed your booking form we will hold your place for 7 days to allow for payment to be sent and received. Once payment in full has been paid we will confirm by post with details of your course.
Cancellation by Client
We regret that we cannot offer any refund if you cancel your booking less than 2 weeks before your course. This is due to the fact that it may not be possible to fill the place at short notice. In addition fresh produce may have been bought and will be wasted if you do not attend.
If you are unable to attend at short notice you are welcome to send a friend in your place. Please let us know in advance.
For group bookings we require 28 days notice rather than 2 weeks notice to cancel or transfer.
Cancellation by us
In the unlikely event we have to cancel a course we will do our very best to offer a suitable alternative. If that is not possible you will be entitled to a full refund.
Health and Safety
Please wear appropriate clothing for all cookery courses. We advise that you wear comfortable flat and closed toes shoes and request that long hair be tied back.
Please can we also ask that strong perfumes/aftershaves are not worn. Food can absorb strong odours and Jill has sensitivity to these products. Thanking you in anticipation of your understanding.
Special dietary and Allergy Needs
Please inform us of any special dietary or allergy requirements when booking.
Children’s Cookery Courses
Can parents please complete and forward the Booking Registration Form for any children attending a cookery course. They will not be able to attend if the form has not been completed.
We reserve the right to ask any student to leave without reimbursement of fees if their behaviour is unsafe or unreasonable in any way.
Included in the Price
Use of an apron for the session
Containers to take your products home in. You may prefer to bring your own containers or dishes. Please let me know and I can advise what would be best to bring.
Short courses (2-3 hours) Light refreshments – tea, coffee.
All day courses- Light lunch (sandwiches, cakes) drinks.
